Stuffy and too congested

What a disappointment!!! On Monday 8 June my mother-in-law of 81 years bought socks for her son. Unfortunately it was not the right socks. On Tuesday 9 June at 9:00 we went back to exchange the socks only to be informed that socks are not exchanged. I asked the assistant that they should please in future clearly indicate to the clients that SOCKS are not exchanged (understandable that underwear cannot be returned or exchanged). No assistant or cashier indicated it to us on purchasing the socks. My mother-in-law indicated to the person that :" The bloody socks are not even opened". The 2 assistants made a big story about the word "bloody" and that my mother-in-law should not swear whilst in the shop. The attitude of the people was very hostile from the start. I even mentioned that they are just picking a fight which is not at all necessary. They eventually did exchange the socks but the manner in which we were treated as customers are not acceptable and Kroonstad Mr Price Sport will definitely not visited by us again.

Service was ok. Koos didnt have his pricing right. Price-tag and shelf-price, didnt correspond on the practise jerseys. Not served in our own language
