It is a absolutly futile to offer a booking system for covid testing limited to 25 per day and when a person rocks up there is appr 22 people before you for testing. What an absolute waste of time. Additional to this, this behaviour is potentially increasing the spread of Covid. Rather go to Checkers with no booking and no queue, is cheaper and clearly better thought through.

Terrible service. Called yesterday. Could not get through and were cut off twice. Try to call again today. Then been put on hold for 5 and a half minutes and I have to pay the cellphone bill. Just wanted to ask ONE question, but never had the chance. Please do something about your communication

Poor service. Pack my meds service does not work efficiently. Order a script on the app doesnt work properly either. I find that since Mariaan left the service is not good.

Pathetic service at the pharmacy. Full line and then the people working there looks at you and instead of helping they are packing meds. Very poor !

Bought a smart scale that unfortunately did not have a manual inside. Got a brief lesson from one of the merchandisers on how to use it. However, seems a manual is definately required as I need to synchronise it with my phone. Called the branch and spoke to Fanus Rowan who was extremely helpful, went out of his way to ensure I recieve a manual on email, timeously. Very few people still regard the customer service industry as he does. Effecient, friendly and very professional. Thank you :)

I was so disappointed by Dischem after buying Coryx which is expiring next month/ September, And when i returned it was told by staff to tell me i am not allowed to return medication which im aware of. The message was from a manager who didn't care at all not to come abd hear me out most of those medications is expiring soon meaning September, October, November and december. according to me those medications should be removed from the shelves. I feel its not fair as the medication provided to me by pharmacist in store is expiring soon. Though is still sealed not opened. I think this is the store issue they dont dp proper checks
