I would have liked to rate it zero stars but that is unfortunately not an option... As I called to just double check because it is a 100km drive for me just to ensure everything is set I was informed that my confermed appointment was removed for someone else. Without anyone informing me in any way

People please go for a second opinion if you are not sure. I went to Dr Duursema 3 years ago and asked him to quarterize a mole on my nose. He assured me that it was not necessary as these moles are harmless. Well now I saw him about the same problem and it has become a problem. I now have to have it removed by a plastic surgeon and will have a hole in my nose that they have to cover up. When I said to him we should done this 3 years ago he said "in hindsight we should have but now we work with what we have". Be careful of doctors - my husband died after he was diagnosed incorrectly 4 times and then it was too late.
