Waiting long in lines when u get to the person that is helping you he is busy on his personal phone. Serve is very poor.
Waited at the desk for a person to assist me for more than an hour and a half. The lady from the counter next door called the person to come and assist me twice and eventually the manager came to assist as they could not find the relevant staff member
The security/information desk personnel where extremely helpful even showing me where I need to go, person who helped me was very helpful. I also got helped quickly & was on my way.

Good Service but not enough staff.
Old building needs proper cleaning and maintaining, Floor Tiles coming off on somestair cases which is a tripping hazard, Bird poo everywhere, walkways, staircases etc,
A lot still needs to be done in terms of batho pele principle
