Such a horrible person. I was looking for tenants and he found me tenants. i did a google search for agents and found him on Remax website and immediately contacted him Via Whatsapp. we agreed to meet, the tenants moved into my property. He accepted their deposit into his own personal account which is illegal to start with. when he finally brought me documents to sign i noticed that it was not On Remax letterheads and o totally different company all together ( which was also an unlawful company ) this i found out when i contacted Remax head office to be put in contact with the relevant person to inquire about this whole different company name but i found his contact details on Remax website. Its been almost 1 year and we are still struggling to get the deposit back. Anything property related and this name comes up run in opposite derection.
