I slipped in quickly to print a few photos, it's a Saturday and it's 5 minutes before they close, last minute yes, however, I urgently needed them printed. The service was unfriendly and disinterested. The one guy, after finishing with his 2 customers and letting them out, says "People have no respect for our closing time." Then as he left the store, he tapped the window (hard) where their operating times are shown and says to his girlfriend, "We should print these bigger so people can read." I could see the guy helping me wasn't happy either but at least he was professional. I get it's a Saturday and everyone wants to go, but what is 5 minutes when it causes a reaction like this? I'll never go back. Everyone who left the store before me also stated how poor the service was. Hey, at least I know that all their clients are treated the same.

Normally good service. Smallest guy working there very unprofessional asked if he can help me then the phone rings and say to me hold on I'll be with you now just picks up the phone and says nothing. Then I told he I want copies of my paper work I'm going next door to save time because I'm in a hurry so I can just come pay and collect. So when I come back he helped the lady who was standing in the line behinde me and didn't even bother to start with the copies I asked for. Had to ask one of the outher employees to help me again and explain everything over from the start. Very unprofessional not good service from this young guy.
