The bar arrived in great condition, seeing that it was couriered to Cape Town. I love the fact that its thicker than the usual 250kg bars, as it forces me to focus on the weight I can lift rather than gripping a bar to death to hold onto a weight. Great product and thanks to Roman & Amy for keeping me up to date with progress & send off for delivery.
