I have been to many bloodbank centres, but this one is most certainly one of the best. From the counter until they take out the needle from your arm is a good experience. The staff that works there are very friendly and professional. I feel at home, with the nice and comfy chairs and bid screen TV. The decor inside is very beautiful and the place is very neat and clean. I always get my cookies and juice when I donate. The other day I went in just before closing time, but they were still willing to let me donate my blood quickly. The people that work at CHECKERS Monument Bloodbank really cares about you.

The service is always the very best but I think the equipment needs some maintenance. This was the 3rd time I could not finish donating because something went wrong with the machine.

Very friendly personnel. Ons of the more pleasant experiences I've had donating blood. Free coffee (good quality) and cookies made it in my books. Also if the person knows how to insert the needle it also adds a star!

I always donate blood here. Very friendly staff. Each staff member displays sincere care and they deliver a great service. The blood bank is always clean and tidy, and it has a very practical layout.
