This store gives you no feed back at all i sent documents to them and they didn't even bother to call me or email back to say that they got them. I had to go in and ask .... and they treat you like a criminal ... then it was like oh what do you want Im really not impressed at all Key wests vodacom is better

WHAT A JOKE OF A STORE!!!!! They have the worst client service I have ever come across. The staff are uninformed. It is taking me 5 weeks to sort out an upgrade, and the battle continues!!!

This store is an absolute nightmare!!!!!! My phone was sent in for repairs in July and it is now September!!!!! You, as the customer, must do all the chasing as the communication is poor. Let's hope I get my phone back before I die!!!!
