Having excellent watch makers skills. They were able to open my wife's watch and fit the battery in the watch which 3 other Jeweller failed to open.

Hi so i bought this from Wadees 6 years ago. i had kept the receipt for insurance purposes. my clasp had broken and decided to stop at another jeweler closer to where i was to get it fixed. I had asked the Man if he wouldn't mind evaluating it for me while i was there, to only find out that it was plated gold. I went back today to confront the man that he had sold me plated gold bracelet 6 years ago . Which he first could tell me that the bracelet which i had bought was manufactured in Nigeria. And only after i had said that it was plated according to another jeweler, he rushed to take the bracelet and check it out, he then says to me that the bracelet was not purchased by him im lying to him i bought it somewhere else. He had informed me that he remembers exactly 6 years ago what happened an this is not the bracelet that i had purchased by him. I am in total disgust that he tried to do me in 6 years ago. And for what reason would he think i would keep my receipt for 6 years only to try do him in and lie 6 years down the line. This is disgusting. what more proof could i possibly supply other than bring you the receipt???? PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE. THE SCAMS ARE HIGH, AND WE NEED TO BE MORE AWARE. THIS COULD BE YOU.

Took my ring in for a cleaning, got it back missing a gem. Sent it back to replace the gem (which I was charged for!). Got it back and it had clearly been broken in half and the wrong ends placed together! Had to then prove to the owner this had happened, and when he finally admitted what had happened, he didn't even apologise! Absolutely REVOLTED with the service I received.
