Overall great shopping experience. There was parking on the premises. Covid restrictions were followed very rigorously so I felt quite comfortable in the store. They had knowledgeable staff to assist with the products. The store was exceptionally neat and tidy. They were well stocked. I had a specific request that they were happy to accommodate. Definitely worth a visit

I hope I don't sound too harsh to the ladies who served us. I have been using Krylon for over 20 years always getting a good service from the receptionist to make-up artist. I convinced a friend to try Krylon and I promised her and assured that she will get the best service ever to my surprise we were both so disappointed from the receptionist to the make-up artist..They looked at us as if we were there to serve them. We know that Covid-19 is not a joke, but the service we received was unprofessional.

Head office and retail all in one. As a huge fan of the professional makeup design show Face Off, I completely nerded out when I spotted this place. The layout is intimate and relaxed. The team of professional makeup consultants are waiting for you in the ground floor mini studio. Step in and let these pros tell you all about the products and what is best for your specific needs. Even though KRYOLAN is probably the best professional makeup you can buy in SA, the atmosphere is not snooty or exclusive at all, which can sometimes be an issue in this industry - Not at KRYOLAN HQ. So don't be shy ladies and gents, whether it's for individual use or professional, I recommend visiting them as soon as you can :)
