Disgraceful. Workers stole items from me, including furniture and heirlooms, and they will not respond to communication, apologise or even acknowledge that this happened.Avoid like the plague.
Absolutely dreadful outcome to their dealing with damage done to my dining table while in their storage. First time had to reject it as the top ruined & after 5 weeks of 1 story after another from Vanessa & conflicting details from their 'wood guy' Paul told today that 2 expensive to fix damaged veneer & in their opinion not worth it!

So far so good , great arrangements
Worst service ever. Lost furniture as well as damage to furniture and broken goods. Never again.
