The poorest service I've ever experienced with unprofessional drivers. I missed my flight because the driver arrived 40 minutes late (looking like he'd been drinking the whole weekend - disgusting!) he couldn't even read a map or use google maps - Dimwit! Never again will I use this stupid service.

Our pre-booked transfer with Suntransfers at OR Tambo airport was a no show. We were rescued by Prince who was meeting and greeting other passengers for Kwathlano. He tried to help us locate our driver but then took time to book us a car and driver. It took all of 5 minutes from requesting the car to it arriving and we were driven comfortably to our hotel in Pretoria. What star performance. Thank you

Very neat and all cars and Minibuses clean and well looked after.

They are never on time. Sometimes they don't pitch. We always have to call ; be transferred before they come pick us up. They never pitch up on the agreed time

Went there to hand out my CV, bad experience from the moment I parked my car to getting out of the premises. There is no public/visitors parking, you shout and be interrogated before the gates are open and they talked to me through the steel bugler windows like I am some sort of criminal. The whole experience was not a good one, maybe because I was not a potential client but a job seeker but they should treat people the same regardless of what you there to do.

Poor of the poorest service ever. They are always unaware of the times, I used them the first time and they were late and said there was some miscommunication. Gave them a second chance and the same thing happened. Wanted to complain to the Manager and the call kept going from one person to another, from Liza to Kobus or Oubaas, whatever. But the driver's are friendly its just the people managing them that provide poor service.
