Got a quotation and paid over the full amount of R 4 500. Door was not installed on the date as promised. On following up, John would not take our calls. Eventually handed matter over to attorneys for action. John promised to refund the full amount. No payment received. Taking legal action. Background report shows various other judgement. Awaiting serving of summons. ADVISE THAT YOU AVOID KZN DOOR MANUFACTURERS.

We ordered and paid for 4 doors in November 2019. Only 2 doors installed and they never came back. R11K vanished and we can't get hold of them. The address advertised is a bogus address. Avoid this company by all means they are thieves.
I made an appointment for 9am with John to come and see me, at 09:38 I phoned to find out what is going on as no one has arrived I got told they will be there before 11am. 11 am came no one showed up so I phoned again and got promised someone will be there before 12, and no one showed up. Avoid this company as they are way too busy to get the basics done. I waited for 3 hours for no one to show up. I phoned and chased them, not once did anyone contact me back! And I did leave my number with 3 different people!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
We had a forklift damaged roller shutter gate & called them in for repair and followed up in excess of 10 times...they promised "they were on their way" every time only to have no one show up. After complaining 4 days later and a day before the weekend when the factories need to be locked up they responded that they were not willing to repair the gate due to our complaints. what fun!
