The Karcher FC3 is a SHOCKINGLY BAD PRODUCT, and has completely put me off buying any Karcher machines in the future. The machine is advertised as an easy to use cordless floor cleaner but nothing about this contraption is easy! It leaves streaks behind if the waste water tank is not emptied constantly. It struggles to remove even light dirt stains and maintenance is nothing short of a nightmare (cleaning the rollers and water tank is necessary NOT ONLY after every use but every few minutes during use). I regretted buying this machine immediately after first use but unfortunately returning it was not possible.

I purchased a FP5 cleaner in May 2020 for R3900. This machine has never worked as Karcher claim . It leaves marks over porcelain tiles and looks like you cleaned with a dirty mop. Worse of all, is the don’t care attitude from this company . They leave you holding on for ages and never return calls . This is worst company I have ever dealt with .

Disappointed product and frustrated experience at Karcher. I bought a SC3 steam cleaner from Karcher. Just after a month, the machine produces no steam. Return it to the workshop, after 2 weeks there is no response on what is wrong with the machine. They do not call or email, if you want something you need to ask but not necessarily get responded.

Stay away from Karcher. They do not sell spares, only want to sell you entire replacement parts.

Called maybe 12 times, of the 8 times they actually awnsered the phone I got cut off every single time! I so frustrated at this moment that just want to take my machine and beat it with a hammer, because good luck to anybody looking for spares or service from these guys! If I could give less than 1 star review, I would!
