Ladysmith Mica, I don't usually go to hardware shops but I urgently needed door locks and the service I received was great! There were almost 3 employees who offered to help me in my whole 15 minutes of being there. For me, you can have the best quality and cheapest prices, but without excellent customer service, all the good goes to waste, luckily Ladysmith Mica has their ducks in a row. Excellent service Thank you
