Good value for money. One of the fish and chips was great. Fresh, flaky, firm. The other hake, calamari and chips wasnt as good. Hake overcooked. Some calamari tender and soft others chewy. Service below average. One waiter for entire restaurant.

Always get fresh fish here. The place has expanded since I was last there and there was seating available outside. This place is always full, but the service is great and you dont wait long at all. It is worth the wait anyway. I have never been disappointed with the food.

The fish and calamari was really good and fresh. The chips were also okay. The portion size was very good. I would maybe have asked for a heavier hand for the salt and vinegar, more serviettes and the option of a fork. We didn't wait long for our takeaway. Would recommend.

Great food, but absolutely TERRIBLE service. Definitely not the place to sit down to eat. Expect to wait up to 2 hours even if you only order fish and chips. Easier to walk to bar and order and pay separately for drinks than trying to order from a waiter and also waiting forever. Judged on its own, food is good value for money. Judged along with experience to try and get the food in the first place, definitely not good value for money at all.

Nice setting and restaurant is neat and tidy, service was friendly and efficient to, prawns were tasty and the chips are splendid. Fish cakes were ok, a bit doughy/bready but the portion was sizeable. Definitely worth a visit for some good seafood. Loved the decor, especially the octopus light upstairs.

Fresh fish grilled or fried. The batter on the fried fish is nice and light, not oily and tasty. Very nice experience.
