I called Central Reservations on Thursday morning 28th Jan 2021 at precisely 11:11am to make a booking for the next day (Friday morning, 8am). Upon arrival on Friday morning I'm told very rudely by Kerry that no appointment was made. I tried explaining but to no avail. After a few minutes she comes back and says the appointment was made for Thursday morning 8am! Asked her how can that be possible? Later when another lady by the name of Fazila double checked she found everything to be in order! There WAS an appointment made for Friday morning at 8am! But Kerry did not apologize. We were made to look like we were in the wrong in front of all the other patients and she were being very nice and trying to help out these difficult people! I'm absolutely appalled by the standard of service.

As much as the services may be great.. it is virtually impossible to get hold of reception to make an appointment. I have being trying since Monday 9 am and it is now Tuesday afternoon still with no luck. There appears to be only one contact number that is constantly engaged. Really not helpful when one is so anxious.

My first visit and I'm so impressed. I just had Fazeela do my mammogram and, for the first time in years of having them done, it didn't hurt. Every part of my experience was both professional and friendly. Highly recommended

I have been going to this centre since it opened.(previously Lake Smit @Parklands hospital) The staff are phenomenal, so caring , knowledgeable and efficient , very pleasant surroundings too.I am always full of trepidation when I arrive. .Today I required a few extra "pictures" taken of my right breast, naturally , I was very scared, however , I am so thankful that the Radiographer took extra time to investigate further. All is well thank goodness.
