The Lakeside Lodge and Spa has a serene setting with Lake Views directly from the rooms. The rooms are well laid out in a truly 5 star fashion which very much reminded us of Grand Gaube in Mauritius. Nespresso machine in the room helped me kick off with a morning cappuccino and a selection of teas for the wife. We enjoyed a couples massage and facials at the Spa which compared to high experiences that we’re used to. The Management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, the food, spa, views, afternoon pastry treats were a delight and great value for money.
We didn't stay here- wish we did. We had the Spa treatment and then stayed for dinner. Our spa treatment was absolutely wonderful. The lakeside setting is breathtakingly beautiful.

We decided to try something different in the area. And we landed up driving to Lakeside Lodge. We never stayed over but enjoyed a delicious luncheon in the dining room. The service was excellent, the food was moist yummy, and dessert was well.... WOW. It was awesome. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, where we sat we had this beautiful view of the gardens overlooking the lake. The tallest blue gum trees I've ever seen, these huge branches swaying gently in the wind. It's so peaceful and tranquil here. It was a great experience.
