Relocated to Johannesburg a year ago, and the place I moved into was not up to standard, hence I decided to start with renovations and the first thing I thought of was redoing the floors at my place. So as any other person would do is, I got a few quotes and one of them were from Mars Flooring, they suited my budget and so I took them on the offer to make my house a home. They completed the job in an adequate time frame and to my surprise, it was done to up to standard and to my liking. Its been almost a year since my flooring was done with laminated wood and to date It is still as good as new. With the floor detergent designed specifically to clean and maintain your wooden flooring, will keep it in immaculate condition. We had our whole house fitted with wooden flooring. From the start the wooden flooring was uneven and lifted to such an extent that we had waves on our floor. This was a year ago. This year we asked for the repairs to be affected,. We were inconvenienced as our whole floor had to be taken out and re screeted for levelling due to them not having done this properly and the floor underneath being uneven and not properly screeted (levelled) They ran out of floor boards and asked to use our newly paid ones upstairs in the interim to rectify their sub standard workmanship at the bottom. We have now been informed by the owner that he will not be replacing our paid wooden panels upstairs and that we have to pay for them. They had the cheek to suddenly blame us for water damage and animal urine when we questioned this. Disgusting to say the least and many outstanding incomplete snags have also just been left un attended. A year later. They also completely messed up our existing cupboard doors that they had to take off , which were hung back incorrectly, hinges falling off, open spaces underneath and handles in different positions. This company is a disgrace , we were more than patient in allowing them to come back time and time again are taking legal action against them. We definitely don't recommend them to anybody due to their shoddy, incomplete sub standard workmanship.

They did an installation for me and after a few months the skirtings came loose. I called numerous times for them to come repair and I never received feedback. Dnt waste your time with Mars Flooring
