I purchased a car from Shakes Mopasi and Randal Garvie towarfs the end of January 2020. I gents I would like to express my appreciate for the outstanding customer service that you provided The process of the purchase was smoot, Shakes and Randal were very attentive, informative, considerate and helpful. I interacted with them from beginning to the end, both Shakes and Randal were very knowledgeable about the process, the vehicle I purchased and seemed genuinely interested in helping me rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their efforts, I was more than comfortable pursuing the vehicle and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to visit your dealership in the future, as well as recommend it to others. As customers we complain more than show appreciation but I honestly have to say that this has really been an experience worth telling as the gents take their work serious. Shakes and Randal put the customer first, at most, all the time. I look forward to working with your team again in the future Shalkes Mopasi and Randal Garvie, you guys are the best, keep up the good work.

They failed to do a proper pre delivery inspection that resulted in the car being delivered with obvious faults. Having the issues rectified the dealer exhibited the typical bahaviour of not giving feedback- passing responsibility to the client to find solutions, blaming their internal systems for tardiness, not accepting reponsibility and becoming less and less helpful bordering on sarcasm when critisized. Pathetic service - Thank you Randal Garvy, for attending to , and adressing my issues in a professional way. I will still recommend this dealer for they accepted responsibility and dealt with the problems
