We have signed up for a weekly collection and delivery of our domestic laundry and really loving the service. Laundry Day responded immediately when we wanted to arrange a service and were very friendly and they communicate well. Ironing is great.

I requested that two blankets be washed. I sent a WhatsApp message and received a response almost immediately. Nazir called me numerous times to arrange collection and delivery times so I appreciated the customer service. He was also forthcoming with the rates. The only issue was the price for delivery and collection was not stated upfront as I thought it was included in the price - R125 per blanket. However, I am happy with the service. I'll definitely use them again.
