Well stocked with popular spares &a decent range in New power garden equipment. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Patrons were greeted upon entering their store and I was immediately asked how they could serve me. Needless to say they efficiently served me and their pricing was fairly competitive. In definitely return to support them in the future.

You conveniently omit the following : My lawnmower was sent in for repairs and when I came to fetch it the first time, John said the one wheel was missing and will phone me back in 2 days. Did not hear anything from him. A week later I called and went to the shop to pick up the machine, the machine still only had 3 wheels? You said you would phone me the Monday and haven't heard from you. First you said the wheel was ordered and then John corrected you saying the supplier did not have stock. Why is my wheel missing? Are you using it on other repair jobs or is your workshop in a mess? Secondly, you will see a complaint from Mr Marco Albonese 9 months ago where he was promised a quote in 2 days. Do you really think I would use your service if I need to wait 14 days for a quote. Thirdly, it is not my problem that you do not keep spares. The customer should be informed that there could be delays when booking in your machine or tell me you do not specialise in a particular brand. A well oiled business would have inventory spare parts on hand so that your customer does not need to wait. And please do not phone me as I am not interested to resolve the wheel issue with you. I have had enough of your way in doing business.

the owner gave me superb advice and really outstanding additional service.i was looking for blades for my flymo and rolux lawnmower s. one he had in stock and the other not. without me asking him, he took the broken flymo blade to the workshop and worked on it.it was sharpened and balanced so that it could be used while he sourced a new one for me. outstanding old style service. I will always use this business in future
