Service delivery- I'm not happy with. The mistake made was to give us an exact time frame by which we would receive our couch and then we had to keep calling to ask when the couch was arriving and it kept being delayed. The couch itself - We are very happy with. Excellent workmanship. Beautiful stitching and leather.
Brilliant service received and the couches are amazing.The sales assistant is super helpful and really assists you in deciding what is best.I decided to post the reviee after the couches were received and I am very happy with the ens result.Couches look amazing and are so comfortable.

I have a problem with after sales. I caĺled at the shop, phoned and sent e mails when I complained about defects No response. Still sitting with the defective sets. I am at the centre of rivalry between two brothers and a shop assistant which is not my problem
Absolutely fantastic service and quality. Anyone looking for a quality couch I would really recommend D& Furniture. We had a custom made couch made and delivered exactly to the way we wanted within a week. You dont have to go to an overpriced chain store, do to D&D Furniture for a leather couch!!!!
