Terrible experience, I left my TV for repairs, they took mighty long to get back me and overy price me. When I tried to get my TV back they promised me a good price and they will get back to me. After that they did not contact me, weeks after I went again to fetch my TV once agian. Their sales electrician was rude and asked me to take my TV. They did not return my remote and power cable. He promised to drop it off at my house, but it's been weeks and we haven't heard from them. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I made a payment at their store 4 months back for monthly premiums for that specific month, after four months i get a bill from multichoice stating that i have not paid. to which i spoke to the consultant and confirmed that i had made that payment, unfortunately i was moving premises and in the past four months have obviously threw away the receipt i received from Lee Electronics. I called and spoke to a lady who said she would call me back with feed back, i waited - no call came through, after 3 days i called her again to query same, to which she requests the receipt (despite me already mentioning previously that i do not have the receipt). and says that is the only way for her to check it???? Surely , with advancements of technology " Pariksha " you are able to track a payment that was processed on your speed point at your store , especially when i am giving you the date it was paid!!!!!!!!! so what happens now ??? i am supposed to pay DSTV again , just because your staff don't know what they up to and did not update your system with Multichoice???? i mean really. so someone has pocketed my payment maybe for their payment for their December bonus!

Excellent service and reliability!!!!
