I am so unhappy with how Michelle @ Legal Aid Germiston has been handling my case. I have been to court every single month since March 2020. Nothing is happening with this Case. Not even to mention that Michelle has no contact with me. I am in the dark with this case since my case started. There was a wrongfull warrent of arrest made out the 7th of October. But I was there the 2nd of October. Police came to my house 2 weeks after, half past 10 at night to arrest me. I had to explain so much just for them not to arrest me! The case the second of October was posponed until thw 30th of October. That day they did not even had my docket in court. If I didnt go to the senior prosecutor to find out whats going on, they would have made out another warrent of arrest. I am going to court every single month for justice, altough im unemployed. I am the one that stands before the judge, but since March 2020 no statement from me yet. I didnt even saw the warrent of arrest. Just in court the 30th it was mentioned that it was a wrongfull warrent of arrest. No apology, nothing! I dont know whats going on with the admin at Germiston court. Wasnt even aware that I needed to be there that day. Yesterday the 25th of November I was moved to another court and again was posponed. No explaination whatsover!
