Forced to put a star thought delivery would be atleast warm food but gosh I don't even want to order because I'm afraid when it gets here food is ice cold like seriously at that moment I could throw pizza in delivery guys face customer is king you want our money give us proper services debonairs trade route mall sucks

Thought Debonairs's tag line is free deliveries? Did not mind paying the R10 delivery fee noted on my till slip, however to my surprise, the driver demanded an extra R15 over and above the stipulated amount on the bill and was very aggressive and rude. Did I mention the order was 2 hours late. He cooked up some story about deliveries in Lehae being out of the Trade Route radius, really?? Talk about lack of transparency...

To be honest we normally order from trade route but the delivery is almost 3 hours late. We called twice and all the lady could say was sorry and that the delivery man was busy delivering in Eldorado park for the past 3 hours. If anything today's service was absolutely horrible

I just want to shout out Debonairs Pizza Trade Route. We do not have any delivery service in Lehae because our street names are not registered on Google maps, I've trued to register mine several times but it doesn't get approved. I was shocked to find out that they deliver in my area, I had to meet the guy at the park as it is on the maps but I honestly do not mind as going all the way to the mall wasn't an option at that point. I totally appreciate the effort, we are so close to the mall I feel we should be served but sadly we are not. Thank you so much, your effort means the world to me. My new go to take away when hunger and laziness strikes Thank you!!!

The till lady is also the same person who scans and writes down our details talk about screening and is also the same person sends out orders . Shes also not wearing her mask properly

Food cannot be delivered in my area after a certain TIME.UNBELIEVABLE. I don't know why but they should better change it.People are hungry, what are we supposed to eat. This is the first time debonairs pizza disappointed me
