Why does this branch charge for packets? When I go to Mall of Africa or Kyalami Corner, I don't get charged.

Even though the shop is smaller then the other branches and have fewer things, its still a great shop to go to. Friendly staff and sale section always! However, their phones just ring and no one ever answers

Variety in the shop is limited because of floor space. However service is speedy and friendly.

I hate standing in a line while the staff is just standing there and ping nothing. There was 2 ppl at the tills and then there was 1. Other 1 left while there was still a line. Pathetic experience these guys must work up

Horrible. Inexperienced ladies who did not know how to close an account. Honestly disgusting and very frustrating and a huge waste of my time and petrol. Fax machines not working for more than 2 months. Phones are not even working. Not happy Mr Price. Train your employees for goodness sake and stop wasting the time of your clients. Not a nice way to end what up until now was decent service.
