Went to Lesedi clinic casualty with a fish bone stucked on my throat. Dr came in and told me it might be that it scratched me and avoid eating fish or buy boneless fish,gave me a prescription and told me to make an appointment with the ENT specialist the following day. Pathetic service was giving them the benefit of a doubt after several bad service. They will never change indeed will not advise anyone to use that hospital with so much monies we paying.

It's called Dr S.K.Matseke memorial hospital. They take too long to process patients upon arrival and the nurses are aloof and unfriendly. However the hospital is clean and modern. The young Dr at admission was really warm and respectful very humble too. Glad to have met someone who speaks local languages. The securities are helpful. There's still a lot of noise from drilling during the day due to renovations, too dusty hope they finish soon. The hospital looks really good and the waiting rooms for guests are a plus. They are clean and cosy especially for large groups. Wished the take away shop sold some coffee and flowers.

The nurse team was alright (3 star), without undermining the hospital's ability, I would to a greater extent, not recommend this hospital especially the ICU
