Even if you're an absolute beginner with no martial arts experience at all, in a few months you will be fitter, stronger and knowledgeable of the basics in MMA. Coach Dean is patient, attentive and precise in respect of technique. The atmosphere in class is far from tense and this makes learning very enjoyable.
