EXTREMELY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH LET'S STUDY. THEY BOOKED ME TO WRITE ON THE 25TH OF NOVEMBER 2020. ON THE 24TH WHEN CHECKING MY CONFIRMATION TO WRITE THE EXAM ULANDI SAYS THEY FORGOT TO PAY MOONSTONE. HAD I NOT CHECKED, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO WRITE AND BE TURNED AWAY. HOW UNPROFFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE! THIS HAS CAUSED ME UNDUE STRESS AND UPSET ALL MY PLANS.

Bought study material from Lets Study in September for nearly R700. I found it very difficult to read through the material and follow as the structure is incoherent with no numbering. Some of the content is also outdated although I was assured it is updated. I found the material so difficult to follow that I decided to seek elsewhere help.

Very poor and disappointing still awaiting my refund of R6000.00 after so many months all books was even returned unused,upon me realizing the course I took I was not properly advised by Belinda who signed me up,it was a sale to her, Ulandi is the only person in this institute that has any sense of customer service, Hennie never responds to sms or emails , I want to further my studies at an institute that offers a course to help me however my deposit is sitting here, I feel that in my time of need and hardwork of saving to study I really got a raw deal 9 months going on about this and still no refund and they sitting with books retuned! Such a dishonest institute it is shocking!!!!! I even sent the cancellation forms to Charmaine who handle accounts and got told after 3 months she knows nothing!!!!please think twice with this institute!

Im pleased to say that this training allowed me to pass my RE 1 the 1st time around. I attended on the 5th and 6th of September and i wrote on the 13th of September, relying purely on the study material given by Hennie. Thanks Lets Study. I recommend you to anyone who wants t write their RE
