I write this review in my own capacity... I have had the pleasure of dealing with Simone and Adrian for many years now. They have saved my family and I, much time, hassle, work hours and arduous effort. They offer professional advice and service at ridiculously low rates. I highly recommend them for all your licensing and number plate requirements, both Personal and Fleet. P. S. As with any business or service offered, all we have to do is ask nicely. It goes a long long way!

Ridiculous attitude from Adrian. Sent a mail, waited for 2 days, no response. Sent a follow up mail, no response. Fine, maybe you are very busy. So decided to phone as I would just like to organise for my vehicle ownership to be changed. I spoke to Adrian, told him I am just following up on the mail I sent, and would just like to find out if you guys are still up for the job. Those were my exact words. He was so offended that he went into a complete panic and decided to tell me that he doesnt appreciate my attitude, and that he deals with 150 emails a day, and that maybe they are not up for the job. I apologized profusely as I did not mean to offend him in any way whatsoever. Then after he rambles on, he still does not want to do the job anyway because it is too far. I finished the conversation by saying, well, if you are going to be offended by everything, maybe we should leave it instead.

My advice, don't ever use these guys. They have a terrible attitude, after having my papers for a few days and doing a follow up call I was told they are not bothered with small companies and asked my driver to collect papers.
