Theyvstate on their boards that the trafing hours is 7:30 but they opened at almost 7:50. The lawn is not maintained and the building over all starts to look like a shack. The gutters is rusted and the roof looks like it might be leaking aswell it neets a good paint. There is a room that is visible from the outside that is over staced with documents so bad that the windows broke when it felled over. Overall my experience was bad because when i got there there was a civilian person showing others the line to stand and pusshing in the line where i feel it should be one of the officers job to indicate where to stand and not a civilian that try to sell ID photos. Also i did not feel at ease with my safety while waiting outside of the court yard. The service of the department is good but i would like if some one is willing to atleast try and explain how to fill som of the documents.
Long wait in row. Was there just before 1 and left just before 3. Took long, to get inside, but once your in. Everything went kinda quick. Was at the cashier for about 5 minutes. Got my new disc, payed and left. Staff was friendly
Very very poor service. The workers there think they own the place.
This place is the true definition of pathetic spent hours in a queue waiting for the system to get back online absolutely no structure and order do not bother getting an eye test from your optometrist because they don't consider it they force to do one by them. Staff is uninformed and rude. I could I would give them zero. Social distancing is not adhered to.
It was OK, better than nelspruit
Standing outside in the rain, more than 4 hours to submit documents. Not acceptable. I have never seen such extremely poor service.
Absolutely no process, stand around for hours waiting to be given a number, which wasn't given. At 15:00 told that I would not be assisted because I have no number, I must come back tomorrow. Need to renew my driver's licence.
