So disappointed! Waited over 30mins! My appointment was at 12:30! Waited the 30mins while they had a fat chat! Completely ignored me when I was waiting at reception! Continued with their conversation, proceed to go back into the consultation room and finished up with conversation ! Only acknowledged me at 12:55 ! Continued to wait more of my time with the chatting Unacceptable! I’m definitely not coming back !
