Ordered an item off their website. Drove the next day to pay and collect from their only listed address and shop. Was told, sorry, the item is with the owner in Cape town they will arrange for it to be transferred to Johannesburg. Weeks later I have to keep calling and following up with promises that it will be sorted out and I will get called but I have yet to be called once, I am always the one having to follow up and then be given the run around. No customer service, communication or goods as advertised and sold online. I did say I would post negative reviews if not called back with an answer.. You were warned and given ample opportunisties to deliver as promised.
