Batho pele is not used here. People cue for long with no help. No human respect people standing outside, no chairs, no service just a standing in the sun . Really bad service, even elders are standing outside

Bad service, I arrived at 6am but no one was attended until past 9. The employees arrive late and they just go in and out of their offices \u200d️and we are here just waiting in long queues
Worst service ever, employees don't attend to clients or either tell them there is no network after hours of waiting.
