Delightful - We went for a drive just to find the River Cafe and on our arrival to check out the place we were greeted by a very friendly couple. Even though it was late in the afternoon we were offered delicious coffee which we drank sitting near the river - super experience.

What an interesting place to stop, a cozy antique store settled in right next to the Lions River. Took a Bicycle ride down this road a while back and discovered a treasure trove for the antique collector of all persuasions! It would have been great to arrive in a bakkie rather than on a bike. Thankyou for the visit and the unique treasures on display. We hope many more visitors grace this place, for their sake!

This place is Never open when we go and Never reply to phone calls, even when I leave a message with my phone number! Very frustrating. On their site they show open between 9 & 4:30

Such an interesting place to visit. Worth it, even if you are not really intending to buy anything. However, do not be surprised if you do not walk out empty handed. The focus is on anything antique, from beautiful old furniture to vases and all sorts of other bric-a-brac. Certainly one of my favourite stops whenever I am in the Midlands.
