I also had a bad experience. I had to go there for two days after taking a day's leave from work which ended up being two. One manager told me the process cannot be completed in 1 day but on the second day the person who was serving me told me it is a one-day process. I had to send someone who completed the process for me on the third day. I was very miserable.

This municipality does not take us serious. It has disrespect us. They communicate very poorly unless they want to tell about outstanding accounts. I think they have been too comfortable about being in the position. My grievance will be made clear in the next municipal elections.

I hate their service and their are slow. People come early in the morning and return to their homes at night without being helped. those employees do whatever they want in their time of work. I really think the management system should be changed. people suffer there.

Poor service, inefficient processes and some (not all) unhelpful & slow staff, broken equipment. Did my eye test at an optometrist beforehand, was told I had to do it again at the municipality. Sat in the que for almost 2 hours, then failed the eye test because the machine was broken. Passed the eye test with flying colours at a licencing dept in Gauteng a week later. Try your luck somewhere else unless you want an aneurysm before breakfast.
