In terms of infrastructure the place is up to date. One of the best student accommodations in this country in my view. My only concern is the lack of professionalism by the owner and his employees. The front office should be welcoming and hospitable. For the owner to tell the students that he doesn't need their rent because he is rich is rather unbecoming. That place should be a home away from home for the students. The students are there not because they are desperate but because they need accommodation while they are studying. He has to treat them right because they are his clients and he needs them, He also needs to stop embarrassing students on his whats app group platform. For a rich person he really has time on his hands interfering with students whats app platforms. It's a matter of time before his reputation precedes that of the elegant buildings he owns. What makes a place hospitable are not the buildings but the people. Threatening the students who air their views or those asking questions on the group chats is rather immature. His use of language in terms of addressing issues can be improved. The students are the future, some of the most intelligent people. Do not treat them like they are stupid because they are not. these are the future doctors, lawyers etc. Take this as constructive feedback.

This is a great student accommodation, offering its residence a wonderful view of its surrounding area, as well as a secure placement with 24hrs security. Although also offering a fun filled environment it does maintain the standards of the ordinary household with curfews and restrictions on visitations.

Luxurious modern apartments. My daughter stays there. Reasonable rates too. She just loves it.

The place is excellent but there is too much noise how are our children going to study the radio is too loud its not an environment for study. Do not turn the place in to a disco dance hotel club cut down on that terrible noise. The place must be quiet. Thank you
