I had a very bad experience today at this Lovisa's! The staff was very unhelpful and not friendly at all. When we purchased the jewelry, they didn't even give us a Lovisa's gift bag! It's very disappointing!

I impulsively decided to get my cartilage pierced after walking past a well-placed advertising board in front of the entrance, and gosh am I glad I held out to get it done at Lovisa Mooirivier Mall. The service was performed in a professional and hygienic manner, and the assistant, Suzan, is personable, knowledgeable, and well trained. Prior to piercing I recieved a waiver to sign, and afterwards I was also provided with a free bottle of saline and information card detailing aftercare for the piercings. I recommend them for basic earlobe and cartilage piercings - quick, clean, and professional service!

Went to Lovisa today...only to find the store closed due to the “door being to heavy to open” It’s the worst excuse for actually being to lazy to work ...if the door was really to heavy to open why didn’t they ask someone to help them
