Terrible company to work with, twice the price and half the service. Continuously missed deadlines, empty promises. I was promised a package would arrive on Tuesday, it is now Thursday. I spoke to somebody yesterday who said my package would arrive between 12 and 1 today, it is now 2:30 and still no package and more excuses. Very unreliable! And R1500 for a package from JHB to CT is insane!

Your driver with the reg number CM80PG - GP seriously needs to go for his license again. It seems he doesn't know the basic rules of the road. While driving in Germiston he completely disregarded the use of an indicator and almost drove into me while turning.

Dealing with Alletta is a nightmare, rather throw your shipment away or give it to another company if you want any sort of service, Lynx will get the job done in the background but if you dont hound them for confirmation how does it help if you know only 4-5 hours later that your cargo was delivered early in the day? lynx communication is non existent, poor service and lots of attitude when you follow up with them and get their Manager Michael Rae involved. Dont use them if you want updates on YOUR shipments.

We required material urgently. Jacob, our designated driver, contacted us at 6:30 a.m. to notify us, that he was allocated to do our delivery. We shared the dropped pin, and explained the urgency of the delivery. The parcel was delivered, by 9:30 a.m., to our farm gate, outside of Rayton. What a pleasure dealing with Lynx Couriers!

My furniture didn't come in the condition they should have! Correspondence with Michael is 100% but the Polokwane branch isn't of much help. I ordered very expensive cat furniture from Cape Town and 2 of the 3 parcels arrived open, bubble wrap torn, the entire piece was wet!!! Thank goodness it's quality wood. My smaller cat scratcher was also wet. I don't know whether it rained in at depot or what, but I'm not impressed. 3 of the corners on the furniture is also damaged. The material is rubbed open and the wood is sticking out. It's unfortunate but I will look for another company to transport my next order..
