So I was very nervous about buying these shoes from Macaroon Collection. 1) I'm so cautious about online shopping and if its a scam, since there were very few reviews that I could find. 2) I wasn't sure if they are real or knockoff UGGs, and 3) I was so worried that these shoes wouldn't be worth it because they are a bit pricey. BUT LET ME TELL YOU!!!! These are amazing. They are real, and they arrived in pristine condition in the official box. Before I bought them, I WhatsApped the store and ended up talking to the owner herself. She put my mind at ease about all my concerns and I'm very impressed with their service. I'll probably end up buying form them again. 10/10 would recommend.

I had to return a product back to Macaroon Collection after the dimensions of a laptop bag I needed were wrongly advertised on the website. But the owner then decided not to refund the courier fees and explained that she will only forfeit the fee if I order another bag after the lockdown. Which is unacceptable as the mistake was made by MC. I wouldn't have ordered a bag had the dimensions been correct. It’s been two days with no reply on my query. This service is sadly not what the other reviews reflect below.
