The installation in June went well. However the service after that was horrible, especially when ask to come an unlock and unjam the garage door on the 26/11/2020 no-one came still and been waiting for repairs rather got told you will be on a list of what? no-one came, the storm on the 13/12/2020 blew the door out of the rail and still no one came to fix the issue. They eventually came on the 16/12/2020 and fixed the door and lock with no extra charge. Now everything is working well. Thank you for keeping your word and upholding your guarantee.

Had garagedoors installed and the MACHANISM of the doors stopped working within 2 Years. Called, emailed and sent sent text messages to no avail. TO THIS DAY, THEY HAVE MADE ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES AND NEVER CAME TO FIX THE DOORS. HORRID, HORRIBLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! THIR WARRANTY IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON. WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND MEND THEM

We used a building contractor to renovate our garage and upgraded the garage doors. The building contractor got Magnificent Doors to install the garage doors. The installation went well initially but after a week the roller caught on the brackets, after battling to get the installation crew to come out the workmen came and hacked the brackets and did a mechono installation to the brackets. We requested Roan the owner to come out ... He sent another crew all they did was rectify the mechano installation. The hacked brackets from the original installation remain. We doubt the installation will last a year never mind 10 years
