Its pretty decent and very appealing to the eyes. The restaurant could do with a lot of improvement in terms of the taste of food and the overall service.

The place was packed and there was a shortage of staff, so their services was bad and slow. We ordered the wings and ribs plate, there were no onion rings and the chips/fries were a bit undone. The pool side workers are very kind and helpful.

If you are going to charge top class prices, you should probably provide top class service to match. The air conditioner in my room is incredibly noisy, and constantly drips on the carpet, making it difficult to sleep. This wasn't isolated to my room either. All of our colleagues complained of the same problem. Also, the restaurant is chaos. You never get what you ordered. And you never get it in a timely manner.

I don't usually enjoy the steaks in Mahikeng but wow Palms either you had an amazing T-Bone, perfectly medium and yummy or I was just THAT hungry. But honestly I had a good time also their shooters ... Damn

The place is in need of serious renovations. Feels like all the roofs is going to collapse . You can see water damage on the ceiling in the casino area. It also needs a fresh coat of paint.

Service was very bad, you wait 30 minutes before you get the menu, then an hour before you get you food and worse when the food was delivered there were cold
