Really fantastic and friendly service. I'd been trying to move my Makulu tank from one end of my property to the other, and when I rolled it off the side of my bakkie onto the ground it cracked when it fell. I called Steven and explained what happened, and without any quibble or arguments he simply said they'd not only replace the broken tank, but also deliver the new one to me. Within half a week I had a brand new water tank! This kind of service is very rare these days and very refreshing. The new tank is excellent quality and I would strongly recommend Makulu Tanks to anyone.
