We absolutely loved our stay at Makutsi Safari Springs. Relaxed atmosphere with great food and all the amazing animals. Will return!

A fantastic experience with animals roaming free through the hotel and us curfewed in our rondavels until picked up by taxi for dinner. Tented camp even better, learned so much about tracking in a couple of days from Rob after passing the first afternoon test. Thoroughly recommend. This was a stunning experience and i loved every second. The guides were amazing and we saw so much. Food is mouth watering and all homemade. Best week ever!

I had an amazing time at Makutsi. The drivers/guides were incredible in their knowledge and each was different in their presentation. While some had many funny stories and others amazing facts they all had both. They happily answered my many questions and we had many laughs as well. The rondavels were really comfortable and showers were lovely and hot. All the staff had a smile on their face when you met them and nothing was too much trouble. Travelling alone I was at first a little apprehensive but within 24 hours I was being greeted by familiar faces. Even though there were some language barriers as most when I arrived were German, a smile and sign language goes a long way to feeling welcome. It was excellent.
