No words can express how disappointed I am about the work this substation is doing. I am sitting in the dark as I type this review. I have been reporting one and the same problem since 30 April 2020. No one is investigating and solving the cause of these power outages. If anyone can assist us in Shekembuya Area, Mandini. I do buy units, I'm not quite sure what to do anymore.
