Very disappointing service received. On Wednesday an emergency call was placed to the 24hr service - prompt service was received in order to take the lock out. I was contacted the on Thursday morning to inform me that they were waiting on a lock and as soon as they received one it would be installed, however after that it all went downhill. I messaged to enquire about an estimated cost so that I could leave money with a neighbour who was opening up - no response. This was at 12.36pm. At 7.34pm I sent a message inquiring how far the lock was - no response. The following morning an inquiry was made as to whether the repair was going to take place - again no response. At 2.46pm yet another message sent to say that as I had no response I would need to get another locksmith out however I would be charging the call out fee to Mara is & Kies due to inconvenience caused low and behold suddenly I receive a response from the gentleman I had been communicating with informing that he was day off and that I needed to contact his father as he had placed the order for the lock. This is now over 50hrs since the original lock was removed by the same company. A little communication would have helped this situation. Perhaps a change in name is required as it is most certainly not a 24hr service offered. Will most certainly not recommend this company - rather go elsewhere.
