I have been here since 7 am, hoping to be one of the first people when they open, but dololo. It's 9:15, but they haven't called anyone in, I mean really??? They are busy moving up and down in their formal outfits, while we're burning in the sun. Need lots of patience is must say.

Take a big bag of patience with. Nothing really works properly because of the incompetent people. The vehicle licence department is a nightmare. The vehicle test centre is not operational. The streets are dirty, hawkers took over on pavements, the streets are full of potholes.
