Yummy froyos I love the English toffee choc combo. Made my day. Oh yes and don't forget it comes in a sugar cone. Yum with a decent amount of ice cream.

The frozen yogurt and food/drinks are usually good here, Marcel's is one of my favorite places to go for frozen yogurt. Only this branch I will never be visiting again. Service is absolutely pathetic and chaotic, no supervisors or managers in sight, only 2 lonely staff members working the counter on a busy saturday. I waited for about 10 minutes as the one lady was assisting the person in the queue in front of us, and the other one just disappeared into the back. A longer queue formed behind us, and when the person in front of us left, the staff member literally just called the people at the BACK of the line to come to the other till while leaving the rest of us standing around in a now non-existent queue and forced to stand at the back, even though we had been there before anyone else in the queue and had been waiting for 10 minutes just to get service. We asked what was going on, only to be blatantly ignored by the only staff member working at the counter. Obviously we left and will not be going back to this pathetic rude branch until a manager is put on site and the staff actually look happy to have a job.

The Tygervalley Marcels follows the standard marcels layout. The 'yogurt' quality is consistent and the variety is decent; as always. The staff could be more friendly and the floors are dirty, but these are minor complaints. Shall return
